Where to get pizza in North Charleston: Park Circle to Dorchester Road

North Charleston’s pizza is split between Park Circle, where three independent pizzerias sit on one block of East Montague Avenue, and the chain stores along Rivers Avenue, Ashley Phosphate Road and Dorchester Road. Mellow Mushroom and a Domino’s are in the Centre Pointe area by Tanger Outlets.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside North Charleston’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. OpenStreetMap had only five pizza places, so we added others we found in the state’s SC Food Grades inspection records and in Visit North Charleston’s dining listings, and kept them only where the restaurant’s own site or its chain location page gave a North Charleston address. Joey’s Pizzeria’s site gives its hours but not its street address; the address is from its 2026 state inspection record. We left out chain stores whose location pages would not load for us. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.

The places

Benny Rinaldi’s is a Park Circle location of Benny’s, a pizza company that sells large slices by the piece. Its site says it opened on East Montague Avenue in the winter of 2022 and has a taproom in the back.

Domino’s has two North Charleston stores, one on Centre Pointe Drive near Tanger Outlets and one on Rivers Avenue. Both location pages offer carryout and delivery.

EVO Pizzeria began as a mobile wood-fired oven used for catering and opened its East Montague Avenue restaurant in 2007, its site says. It cooks in a wood-fired oven and says it sources ingredients locally and regionally. EVO Craft Bakery shares the address.

Jet’s Pizza is a chain known for Detroit-style square pizza. Its Park Forest Parkway store also lists wings, boneless chicken, salads and calzone-style “Deli Boats.”

Joey’s Pizzeria is a family-owned New York-style pizzeria in the Dorchester Road corridor. Its site lists hand-tossed pizzas, wings, salads and hot subs, with dine-in and takeout, and says the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m.

Mellow Mushroom is the pizza chain’s North Charleston restaurant on Tanger Outlet Boulevard, near the Coliseum. Its location page lists a patio and a happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m.

MOD Pizza is a build-your-own pizza chain. Its North Charleston store is on Ashley Phosphate Road.

Papa Johns runs a carryout and delivery store on Dorchester Road. Its location page lists pizza, breadsticks and wings and gives later delivery hours than carryout hours.

Park Pizza Co. on East Montague Avenue lists a long run of specialty pizzas, most of which it will also make as a calzone, plus a choice of sauces from marinara to black bean spread. It closes on Sunday.

Pizza Hut has two North Charleston stores. The Ashley Phosphate Road store opens at 4 p.m. daily; the Rivers Avenue store opens at 11 a.m. and stays open into the early morning. Both list pizza and wings for carryout and delivery.

Steel City Pizza says its founders grew up on Pittsburgh pizza and built the restaurant around that style, with dough made fresh daily and stretched by hand. Its North Charleston restaurant is on Dorchester Road; the company also has Summerville and Mount Pleasant locations.
